And there is a camera monitoring the pool for safety precautions nnAvailable in the home: washer dryer, dishwasher, 3 Smart TVs, pool toys/floaties.nnGuest agrees to swim at own risk. The Pursuit Property Management and the home owner do not take responsibility for swimming-related incidents. Guest will be asked to confirm that they understand this.

PLEASE NOTE that weekly routine pool cleaners come by every week to keep the pool looking great and safe for families to enjoy. He typically comes by on Tuesdays so we ask that you be aware of this has he may be on the property. He will only every be outside of course and for less than an hour. *If you do not wish to have the pool cleaner come by during your stay please notify us before your check-in* Thank you
