This Lavishing Spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage. nGreat outdoor area for entertainment (patio, pool, and hot tub).nnBBQ area and there is a camera monitoring the pool for safety precautions nnAvailable in the home: washer dryer, dishwasher, 8 Smart TVs, pool toys/floaties, pool tablennGuest agrees to swim at own risk. The Pursuit Property Management and the home owner do not take responsibility for swimming-related incidents. Guest will be asked to confirm that they understand this.
Full access to the home, garage, and pool. No restrictions
- NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE after 9pm- $750 FINE - We don't mind if you have a few guests over, but please keep it minimal and please keep the noise down. There are shared walls and neighbors, and they will report excessive guests and noise to us and the HOA (if not Police) - this includes the community pool (HOA quiet hours are from 8am - 10pm).
- NO SMOKING - $750 FINE - If the house smells like smoke, we will charge a $750 de-orderizing fee
- LATER THAN AGREED CHECK-OUT - $25+ - If possible, we will offer early check-in or late check-out, but if there are ANY guests still at the property after the agreed upon check-out time, we are charged a fee from Housekeeping, so then we charge you.
-If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government issued ID and a list of full names for all guests staying at the property to the host.
