Parking is in the covered spaces in the Maya complex. The condo comes with one parking pass that will be needed to park in covered or numbers parking spaces. Uncovered parking is free but access may be limited due to traffic.

If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government issued ID and a list of full names for all guests staying at the property to the host. NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE: Neighbors have been informed to call the cops if there is loud noise or suspicion of a party. If the cops are called, there will be a $750 fine NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND!
