We have vacationed in this area starting with some of our past grandparents over 20 years ago and now that family tradition lives on with us and our children.  It is truly an amazing area.  The house was designed with the help of a local architect with ideas from past rental experiences specifically for family groups.  We chose a semi-oceanfront lot where the house is elevated about 20 feet above the lot in front of it.  This allows everyone incredible views(no best room here).  Some oceanfronts only have views from the top floor because of the dunes.  Here, every oceanside room has some kind of water views.    Attention to details from Master baths for each room (no fighting over bathrooms), to a private pool, to an indoor theater room (late night favorite) were included.  We built her to make lasting family memories and I hope your family makes plenty here also.  Life is too short.  Enjoy it while you are here and we would love to help your family plan a great vacation.  Our goal is not only for you to have a great vacation but to come back over and over making new memories each time!
